Tour Payment Rules

We accept VISA and MasterCard payment cards.

To pay by bank card when ordering select “online payment” as a payment method.

You will be redirected to the secured payment page, where you have to enter your credit card data:

  • card type;
  • card number;
  • expiration date of the card (it is indicated on the front side of the card);
  • The cardholder’s name (in Latin letters, exactly as it appears on the card);
  • CVC2/CVV2 code.

Security of processing Internet payments through the bank’s payment gateway is guaranteed by international security certificate PCI DSS. Information is transferred via TLS encryption technology. This information is inaccessible to third parties.

Money refund

We provide refunds at the request of the customer and always on an individual basis. Refunds are issued only after we have written request, which indicates all the circumstances of interest.

Refund of the amount of money paid by the tourist is realized after deduction of the amount which was included in the price of the service.

Refund is possible if:

  • There has been a dramatic change in price;
  • There is an adverse change in the conditions of stay at the resort;
  • There is a change of dates by your tour operator;
  • Illness or other reason why it is not possible to travel;
  • Denial of a visa by the embassy of the country of origin, a court decision to ban you from travelling abroad;
  • Lack of full capacity of the tour operator to enforce the provisions of the current contract.
