Travelers are discovering a new country in SEA – Myanmar (former Burma). Previously, this destination was included as a supplement to other routes (Thailand and Vietnam, Laos and India, Malaysia). The country is located in Southeast Asia, occupies the western part of the Indochina peninsula and is washed by the waters of two gulfs and the sea (Bay of Bengal, Gulf of Moutam, Andaman Sea). Myanmar offers both sightseeing and beach tours. Buddhist sights, amazing nature and peculiar culture of the local population are waiting for travelers.

Apart from everything else, shopping in the country is also quite interesting. From shell crafts, sun umbrellas, figures, sculptures and paintings made of teak wood to national clothing, as well as jewelry made of gold with precious stones, decorative crafts made of lacquer, amazing silk, dolls, stone and wooden products.
The cuisine in Myanmar is quite spicy. Almost all local dishes are seasoned with spicy spices: fish, rice, vermicelli all seasoned with onions, ginger, garlic and chili. Seafood and poultry dishes are popular. And, of course, a wide variety of fruits. Tea can also be spicy, with the addition of a variety of spices. Water should be drunk only bottled to avoid problems. You can visit a restaurant with an English menu or give preference to Chinese or Indian cuisine.
