By sending an error message, let us know the following information:
- What kind of device you have (tablet, computer, smartphone);
- Which operating system the device runs on (Windows, Mac OS, Android);
- What is the name of the browser through which you view our site and what version of the browser you have installed (Internet Explorer, Chrome, Opera, etc.);
- Description of the error and time of its fixation;
- Be sure to attach a screenshot to the letter;
